Terms for our paid services

Agent-search commitment fee
When you register Aurban as your dedicated agent, you pay a one-time commitment fee based on the value of property you're searching for (see the fee table on the registration page). This fee:
- Is refunded in full once Aurban successfully finds and closes the property for you.
- Secures Aurban as your primary agent for this search — if you also work with another agent, Aurban remains your primary representative until this search is closed.
Mandate fee
When you give Aurban the mandate to sell or rent out your property, you pay a one-time mandate fee based on the property's value. This fee is refunded in full once Aurban sells or lets the property and deducts its commission from the proceeds.
Rent-in-our-name service
Aurban can hold a tenancy on your behalf. Before any property is rented in Aurban's name, Aurban and the client sign a written agreement setting out both parties' rights — including that the property is occupied by and effectively belongs to the client, not Aurban. Aurban asks for identity verification for this service to protect both parties against fraud.
Payment & receipts
Fees are paid by bank transfer to the account shown on the relevant registration page. A receipt upload is required before your registration is processed — accepted formats are PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 1MB.
