Rent it. Just not in your name.
Some renters would rather their name wasn't on the tenancy — public visibility, working abroad, a company setting up a local address, or simply preferring privacy. Aurban can take the tenancy on your behalf. Before anything is rented in our name, we sign a written agreement with you that spells out that the property is occupied by, and effectively belongs to, you — not us.
