Epe, Lagos
A historic fishing town and its own LGA at the far end of the Lekki–Epe corridor, on the shore of the Lekki Lagoon.
Epe predates Lagos's modern expansion by centuries — a historic Yoruba fishing and trading town on the Lekki Lagoon, and an LGA in its own right rather than a neighbourhood within one. It remains far less developed than the Lekki corridor closer to the city, though its profile is rising with the growth of the nearby Lekki Free Trade Zone and Dangote Refinery.
